CEREC Primemill is a chairside milling solution that can produce single-unit restorations, including crowns, inlays, onlays and veneers in a single visit. It also has the capability to mill abutments, surgical guides, bridges and other multiple-unit restorations from a vast range of materials, (e.g. glass ceramics, lithium disilicate and translucent zirconium oxide) in your practice for greater control and efficiency to existing workflows. Accommodates block sizes up to 70 mm.
A combination of new electronics, software, motors and mechanical components contributes to finer resolution and enhanced dynamics resulting in outstanding restoration margins and surface details for extremely precise results. Choose from the full spectrum of machining options, including dry and wet milled zirconia, or wet grinding of glass and hybrid ceramics. No matter the indication, with the CEREC Primemill you can select from a broad range of material options from validated partners.
CEREC SpeedFire is capable of sintering a full-contour zirconia crown in 10 to 15 minutes, dependent upon size and volume. Designed for seamless integration into the CEREC workflow, the CEREC SpeedFire allows you to offer patients the strength of zirconia in a single visit. Simply design and mill restorations as usual, then sinter with CEREC SpeedFire. Finish with CEREC SpeedGlaze spray and the restoration is ready to seat.
One of the most popular modern dental technologies is the Dental Cone Beam Tomography (Dental CBCT) scan. This CBCT scan is a form of advanced x-ray which utilizes digital technology to develop a full 3D scan of a tooth, part of the jaw, or even the entire mouth.
At Smile City, we use CBCT scans because the results are faster and more accurate than those developed by a traditional x-ray. The technology also emits less radiation, allows for more precise diagnosing, and is great for orthodontic analysis and consultation.
Whenever you come into Smile City Dental for a routine examination, we usually take x-rays to check your teeth beneath the gum line. With digital x-rays, the images are available almost immediately, and your exposure to radiation gets reduced by up to 90 percent less than traditional x-rays.
Sirona 3D CBCT X-ray Imaging
The Sirona 3D CBCT X-ray Imaging system allows our dentists in St. Cloud, MN, to get a better look at your teeth if the digital x-rays don’t produce good images. It makes 3D images of your teeth, which allows our dentist to form a better treatment plan to repair or improve their appearance.
During routine exams, the intraoral camera allows our dentists at Smile City Dental to get a good look at your teeth and mouth. They can see the back teeth much better with the camera, and it allows them to see the back of the tongue when performing an oral cancer screening.
The Diagnodent helps dentists find cavities that are difficult for x-rays to find. It uses a fluorescent laser that can detect cavities beneath the gum’s surface and in their earlier stages. With early detection and treatment, dental decay does less damage to your teeth.
If you need a root canal, our dentist at Smile City Dental can remove the nerves or root(s) of the tooth due to painful infections. With the Rotary Endodontics hand tool, performing a root canal is easier to do, and it takes less time.
Zimmer Implant Surgical Motor
With the Zimmer Implant Surgical Motor, our dentist in St. Cloud, MN, can perform dental implants much easier. The tool has settings to allow the laser to cut both soft tissues and bone. This tool is also good for doing bone grafts or removing wisdom teeth.
With our array of technology, we can do procedures faster, more precise, and better than ever before.
